This project consisted of a 1,600 SF commercial addition and 2,000 SF tenant improvement for a Machine Shop business. The addition and remodel built out a new tool room, welding room, machine room, compressor room, and scrap room. The project required a full seismic retrofit which was installed to not impact the newly added spaces.
