This project includes a 1,450 SF addition, new kitchen and bathroom including an Italian bath. The addition was comprised of a 1,600 bottle wine room and an 8-person seated sports bar within a large vaulted ceiling great room with an exposed beam. There was also a 600 SF Master Bedroom addition with a new walk-in closet and grand bathroom.
