Multi-Unit Low Income Development
This was a ground up new construction project consisting of a 19,870 SF Senior Living building. The building has a 2,400 SF open space living area with a kitchen, library, TV room with a gurney-approved elevator. Pellegrini constructed the building from start to finish from the underground to the finishes of the project.
